Return & Exchange Policy

We sincerely apologize that our product didn’t meet your expectations. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to making this process as smooth as possible for you.
We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Our policy is guided by the Sunnah, and we accept returns for any perfume you are unsatisfied with, provided it meets the following conditions:
- The perfume bottle must have at least 90% of the product remaining.
- The original packaging must be intact and undamaged.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Once your request is approved by our customer support team, they will guide you through the next steps for returning the item.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
Refund Process
Once we receive and approve your returned product, we will issue your refund. Refunds are processed via your original payment method or bank transfer and may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account.
